The holidays are approaching and, naturally, you want to make the most of them. But some signatures or payment orders do not necessarily follow the same schedule and need to be made while you are away... No problem! Our solutions are there to help you and allow you to take a well-deserved break.
Your hyper-secure platform is available everywhere, 24/7 and always in real time. Just take your card and card reader with you so that you can log in from any computer, wherever you are.
Your app allows you to consult and sign payment orders remotely from your smartphone or tablet.
- As a BelfiusWeb user, you have automatic access to it. Make sure that it is activated before you leave.
- NB: for security reasons, access to the BelfiusWeb App is deactivated after three months of non-use; but you can easily reactivate it. To do so, go to BelfiusWeb from your computer: Menu Services > BelfiusWeb App. Then click on the three dots on the right of the device and select “Activate”. You can use your application again in complete security.
An alert is a guarantee that you will not forget anything. By e-mail or via BelfiusWeb, a reminder or a signal is sent to you for payments still to be signed, for a request or an order which does not go through or for any useful information for your management. You can activate your alerts very easily via BelfiusWeb.
At the same time as these solutions, it is also possible to give a temporary power of attorney for payment. Simply ask your Master User to make the necessary arrangements, or send the address and a copy of both sides of the Master User's eID to your Servicing Officer so that the relevant documents can be drawn up quickly.
