The Master User has the power to add users to BelfiusWeb, to manage their access, to update their data, to consult mandates or to order a card reader entirely autonomously.

How to assign Master Users: You simply have to complete the last paragraph of the framework contract by indicating the person(s) to whom you are giving this power of attorney.
Once the formalities have been completed, the Master User can access the “Management” menu in BelfiusWeb, which offers a multitude of possibilities.
