Ombudsfin: the federal ombudsman service for disputes in the financial sector

Insurance Ombudsman: the federal ombudsman service for insurance disputes

Both independent services will work with you and the bank or insurance company to find a solution that suits all parties.


Tip: the best thing to do is contact Complaints Management department first, because Ombudsfin and the Insurance Ombudsman always consult them first before they deal with your case
