Smarty: manage your administrative requests online
Smarty is a totally secure digital platform that can be accessed 24/7. It enables you to complete and sign, online and in a single operation, a group of documents linked to various types of request. And Smarty also helps you to manage and track them with great efficiency.
Smarty is a very simple tool.

How does Smarty work?
Very simply, in just a few steps:
Register your entity and the users of Smarty.
You can then enter specific requests. A screen proposes various possible choices. Select the option you want and follow the instructions.
Once your request has been entered, you can return to the screen with the choice of requests and enter a new one. Then proceed in the same way as many times as you have requests. At this stage, modifications are still possible.
Now simply sign all of the requests, either manually or digitally, using an electronic identity card.

How to log on to Smarty?
You can log on to Smarty in two ways:
either through BelfiusWeb, via the menu “External applications and links”
either through the homepage of Belfius.be, via the menu “Useful links” at the bottom right of your screen
