If you see this message when logging in, it means that Trust1Connector is no longer working properly (usually because of an update on the computer). To solve this problem, you need to install Trust1Connector again.
- Open the configuration screen on your computer.
- Go to programs and components.
- Delete Trust1Connector from the list of programs.
- Then close your Internet browser(s) and open again.
- Go to the BelfiusWeb website: belfiusweb.belfius.be/new
- Select ‘Log in with USB cable’.
- You can then re-install Trust1Connector with the installation programs.
- Close your Internet browser(s) again after the installation and you can restart BelfiusWeb.
